The Hong Kong Duty Free team also prepared an amazing hamper for the first customer of the day! With the approaching Mid-Autumn Festival, a hamper filled with mooncakes, wine and other delicacies was awarded to the lucky lady who purchased a bottle of liquor early in the day. She was so surprised and of course delighted with her unexpected gift!

Mascot Captain Go, the super star and ambassador of the High Speed Rail, also made an appearance at the West Kowloon station and Hong Kong Duty Free store for this special anniversary occasion. Adults and children alike were thrilled to meet this charming guest, eagerly queuing for photos with the star. Visitors received souvenirs and enjoyed various discounts offered by a wide variety of stores and restaurants in the station.
