Avolta, the global leader in the travel experience and the world's leading player combining Retail and Food & Beverage businesses, is participating in Identità Golose for the first time under the Avolta banner. While we have collaborated with the event since 2012 as Autogrill, this marks our debut as Avolta. This is a prestigious international congress on gourmet cuisine which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
During the event, Luis Marin, President & CEO of Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Avolta, outlined the sector's current and future developments, the focus in innovation, new formats and concepts, and successful collaborations with talented international chefs.
“Thanks to the integration of Retail and Food & Beverage, Avolta offers an experience that meets the needs of travelers around the world,” said Luis Marin. “We are pleased to participate in this prestigious event, which gives Avolta a platform to showcase our expertise in travel dining, discuss and address the challenges shaping the future of travel dining through innovation and a customer-centric approach”.
At the congress, Avolta introduced Hungry Club, a street food concept created in collaboration with three-Michelin-starred chef Dabiz Muñoz. Launched in Spanish airports in September 2024, it features a constantly evolving menu, blending culinary creativity with innovation.
Avolta also unveiled Club Avolta, its first loyalty program designed to enhance the shopping experience. The program offers members exclusive rewards, personalized perks, discounts, and special offers. In the beverage world, notable is Avolta’s futuristic cocktail bar, offering innovative solutions for the industry, the result of research and development by Avolta’s F&B Centers of Excellence, specializing in creating proposals that satisfy travelers’ tastes, creating immersive experiences for customers.
