Equal salary certification in Switzerland
Dufry became equal salary certified in Switzerland at the beginning of 2019 and was re-certified in 2021 for another three years. This certification underscores the commitment to a fair and unbiased reward structure, which enables employees to develop and thrive in their careers.
All phases of the certification and re-certification processes gave proof on how management systems, HR policies and processes integrate the dimensions of equal remuneration.
