September 1, 2015 - With reference to the global mandatory public tender offer on the ordinary shares of World Duty Free S.p.A. notified by Dufry Financial Services BV (“Dufry”) on August 7, 2015 pursuant to article 102, paragraph 1 of the Legislative Decree February, 24 1998, no. 58 and to article 37 of the Issuers’ Regulation, we hereby communicate that on the date hereof the following transactions have been carried out in relation to the shares of World Duty Free S.p.A. - ISIN Code IT0004954662 by the following persons subject to notification obligations pursuant to article 41, paragraph 2, letter c) of the Issuers’ Regulation:
