October 22, 2015 - With reference to the global mandatory public tender offer on the ordinary shares of World Duty Free S.p.A. launched by Dufry Financial Services BV (“Dufry”) pursuant to article 102 and 106 paragraph 1-bis of the Legislative Decree February, 24 1998, no. 58 - and whose Offer Document has been approved by CONSOB by resolution no. 19342 of September 8, 2015 and published on September 10, 2015 - we hereby communicate that on the date hereof the following transactions have been carried out in relation to the shares of World Duty Free S.p.A. - ISIN Code IT0004954662 by the following persons subject to notification obligations pursuant to article 41, paragraph 2, letter c) of the Issuers’ Regulation:
