On sale from 3 July 2019 in a limited release of only 6000 bottles, Teeling Whiskey Explorers Edition 12 YO Irish whiskey is exclusively available at World Duty Free airport stores in the UK, in a 70cl bottle gift pack.

Teeling Master Distiller, Alex Chasko, has hand-selected a blend of 12 YO casks of malt and grain Irish whiskeys, with further maturation in ex cognac casks, renowned for their distinctive flavour and rich character. The whiskey is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, a signature of all Teeling whiskeys.

This is the first Teeling exclusive created for global travel retail, a landmark launch that signifies the importance of the channel to the brand’s development on the global stage and its growing appeal to an international audience of whiskey lovers.

Tasting notes:

Nose: apples, vanilla, honey, stewed grapes and dried coconut

Taste: peaches, cream, toasted wood mixing with pepper spice

Finish: a dry tannic finish, with lightly toasted nuts and a lingering fruit spice.
