Dufry files Mandatory Tender Offer with CONSOB

Mandatory public tender offer launched by Dufry Financial Services BV (“Dufry” or the “Offeror”) on all the ordinary shares of World Duty Free S.p.A. (“WDF”) other than those already held by the Offeror.
Filing of the Tender Offer document with CONSOB
With reference to the mandatory tender offer (the “Offer”) announced by Dufry pursuant to articles 102 and following of the Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998, as subsequently integrated and amended (the “TUF”), having as object all the ordinary shares of WDF other than those already held by the Offeror, we hereby communicate that on August 24, 2015, pursuant to article 102, paragraph 3, of the TUF and to article 37-ter of the Issuers’ Regulation, Dufry filed with Consob the tender offer document (the “Offer Document”).
Pending the publishing of the Offer Document, please refer to the notice pursuant to article 102, paragraph 1, of the TUF, published on the website www.worlddutyfreegroup.com, which contains a detailed description of the essential elements of the Offer.
